Hello, Beautiful! My name is Ruth DeBonnett-Southall, the creative force behind Chosen Ambassadors Prepared For Success (CHAMPS), where I use my gifts of instruction and inspiration to help others reveal and refine their own gifts to glorify God. I get to do as the host of Becoming Serene podcast, a teacher coach through Professed With Purpose, a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant, a voice actor under Resonant Voice, and as the Truth Copywriter.

I’ve been married to my husband Trevell (of TS Design Studio) for over 25 years, and we are proud parents of two wonderfully creative young adults, Mackenzie Angelica and Jacob Alexander.

With over 30 years of experience in education and a passion for lifelong learning, I bring a colorful and purpose-driven approach to every role I embrace. In 2006, after the birth of our son, I founded Chosen Ambassadors Preparatory School in our home to educate our children and other preschool-aged learners. This later evolved into my private tutoring and “scholastic coaching” services.

In 2012, I fortunately said “yes” to becoming a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant, a decision that radically transformed my life. During years of faithfulness and consistency in my thriving business, I gained tremendous personal growth and knowledge that continues to shape and strengthen all of my entrepreneurial endeavors.
